OneStream Data Integration Lead (M/F)

THE ROLE : 


CMA-CGM OneStream implementation sits at the heart of a unified reporting solution to satisfy the needs of 1,750 users worldwide in regards to legal consolidation and management reporting requirements. Within BI/EPM Finance department, you will oversee all data integration activities for the reporting unified application on OneStream as well as continuous improvements initiatives in line with the finance transformation agenda.
 


RESPONSIBILITIES :

 

As delivery lead you will:

  • Manage a team of 2 to 4 external consultants remotely based in France and oversees, providing guidance and expertise whenever required.
  • Partner with the FPA and Consolidation Leads to maintain a comprehensive backlog of change.
  • Partner with IT Operations to maintain and constantly improve the quality of service to support business growth and other finance transformation initiative including but not limited to Fast Close or reference data sourcing.
  • Partner with vendors to maintain an up-to-date product roadmap for CMA-CGM and identify business and technology opportunity in the use of new solution or features in the product offering.
  • Ensure that daily IT operations are supervised appropriately to guarantee a constant and consistent level of service coordinating when required the relevant remediation action.
  • Identify, propose and priories process and tools improvements with both product owners and technology leadership team.
  • Monitor and manage production incidents impacting the close process and provide the necessary guidance to the development team to priories defect resolution in a timely manner.
  • Periodically review and groom the backlog of work with product owner and OnesTReam leads as per the fortnightly release cycle.
  • Act as the escalation point for the business and the liaison between business and other IT teams (e.g: infrastructure, …).
  • Develop written procedures for routine maintenance and frequently asked questions.
  • Assist with recurring audit activities ensuring that a high level of documentation of change is maintained leading by example.
  • Partner with the OneStream Consolidation and FP&A system leads to build a effective and productive working environment.

 

 

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS : 


Must-have

  • Significant experience in data integration with EPM and BI system
  • Understanding of modern IT solution like Cloud and software as a service
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret finance and technical business requirements (profil and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, forecast, budget, planning (bottom up/ top down)) and translate those into technical design and /or procedures. 
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and excellent analytical skills
  • Efficient interpersonal and communication skills when addressing a multi-functional and diverse audience 
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Experience in working in a Agile environment empowering people to develop their full potential
  • Ability to perform under pressure or opposition
  • Ability to plan, organize and oversee the management of multiple projects
  • English fluently.

 
Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with relevant experience in Finance
  • 4-8 years experience in implementing data integration solution managing Finance reporting System for an organization with progressive experience in building processes and continuous improvement 
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of financial and reference data 
  • Good understanding of Kimball architecture and data modelling
  • Significant experience in working with relational database like snowflake and Microsoft SQL server
  • Good experience in API development in .Net
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of EPM and BI tool 
  • Excellent analytical skills and MS office experience
  • Good project management experience and risk management 
  • Good working knowledge of ticketing tool for both incident and change management
  • Strong leadership skills in driving engagement, adoption and change for processes and technology
  • Good understanding of General Ledger and integration with EPM solutions

 
Preferred

  • Good Working knowledge of IFRS, Sarbanes Oxley and other relevant regulatory requirements.
