Payroll Officer

YOUR ROLE
You will join the ARH/Payroll department (over 4,000 pay slips/month) made up of 7 payroll officer and reporting to the Manager.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You will be responsible for the following tasks in complete autonomy:
- Manage the payroll from employee entry to exit for a volume of around 500 pay slips,
- Checking pay slips,
- Drawing up employment contracts and amendments,
- Managing absences, leave, sickness, maternity leave and working hours,
- Management of STCs, Pôle Emploi certificates, monitoring of IJSS, etc,
- Management of charges and DSN. Preparation for URSSAF audits.
These tasks are not exhaustive, and you may be asked to carry out exceptional tasks.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- With at least a Bachelor's degree, you have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position,
- Knowledge of one of ADP GSI's payroll tools (DGE - Decidium Grandes Entreprises software) would be a plus for your application,
- You enjoy working in a team and have already processed a similar volume of payroll,
- You will have a strong sense of customer service (with HRBP and employees), a sense of priorities, responsiveness, thoroughness, good organisational skills and discretion with regard to the files you handle, all of which are essential skills for the job,
- A good command of IT tools and English (spoken and written) is essential.
