THE ROLE
Within Cybersecurity Department, IAM Service Line is in charge of designing global IAM framework (poli-cies, processes and solutions) and running operations for the whole Group, to protect all user accesses and provide a seamless user experience throughout their digital journey.
We are taking care of specificities of each of our major business but willing to offer common solutions and strong agility against permanent Merge & Acquisition challenges.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner, taking in charge our IGA solution relying on Sailpoint IdentityNow technology, to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• The design of Product service catalog: major services and enhancements expected to meet a lot of business expectations,
• The Product lifecycle management and the related development roadmap,
• The Product deployment roadmap definition and follow-up
• The change management to ensure appropriate awareness, training, communication to the vari-ous parties and their adhesion,
• The coordination of all related teams and activities.
This role requires, in addition to the pure IGA expertise, an overall understanding of processes and solu-tions in workplace and authentication domains to ensure providing consistent and efficient end-to-end processes throughout the lifecycle of any user accessing our systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Take over existing IGA activities and projects in progress, to take responsibility of all these initia-tives in liaise with IGA Product Manager, role assumed for the time by the IAM Director of the Service Line,
• Establish with IGA Product Manager ambitions and related strategy for IGA product within the Group,
• Take over and redefine/enhance/complete 2025-2026 roadmap containing major enhancements expected and new scopes (people, assets) to cover,
• Ensure the promotion of Product to the various audiences needing to know to include it in their roadmap, ensure the awareness of all populations needing to use to ensure efficient appropria-tion,
• Be part and contribute to the IAM Design Authority, internal community in charge of defining IAM standard patterns (technical architecture, solutions, etc.) against standard or unusual use-cases, under the leadership of IAM architect,
• Upskill all IAM Service Line staff member in the IGA domains, by providing regular awareness and knowledge sharing sessions, and by providing detailed study presentation in transversal team meetings such as Town Hall,
• Guarantee appropriate formalization, documentation and capitalization of all data/information related to processes, solutions, standards, etc.
• Perform continuous market watch in IGA and more generally in IAM to capture and challenge any opportunity against our IAM framework,
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• 8-10 years of proven successful experience in IAM Program / Product Management in large scale organization in a Shared-Services setup
• Strong experience in Project Management and in IAM or cybersecurity projects
• Experience with Sailpoint solutions; experience with other IAM software vendors is a plus
• Familiar with Product Management & Service Management practices
• Agile savvy
