Product Owner - Global CRM (M/F)

THE ROLE :

 

You are global business product owner of solutions looking to enhance CMA CGM Digital Customer Engagement supporting Customer Care and Sales Business Transformation, in close cooperation with Head of Departments, Global Business Centers, Digital Factory & key Third Party partners (Salesforce). The role reports to a Domain Lead / Senior Product Owner Global CRM.

 

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

 

  • You will be responsible to deliver value for both CMA CGM customers and employees by bringing solution to their needs.
  • You will be the interface between business and technical teams, translating business requirement into actual solutions, managing the product backlog and securing the validation of benefits.
  • You will have to lead change and coach our Agencies/Regions/SSC stakeholders to support the adoption on their respective scope.
  • You are a referent on Nova platform, securing the consistency of the different features managed by the product team on the domain. 
  • You push innovation forward to boost efficiency and differentiation for CMA CGM.

 

The Product Owner CRM may have interaction with quite all organizations/departments: Senior Customer Care / Sales / IA / Global Business Support Managers in HeadOffice, Agency General Managers, Customer Care / Sales Directors, Customer Service / Sales Representatives, SSC representatives, IT, other support functions (Finance, Operations, …).

You are part of a global community involved in Digital Customer Engagement transformation.

 

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

 

  • Confirmed Product Owner experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Project Management position.
  • CRM & Salesforce knowledge expected, Sales and/or Services.
  • Data background and IA sensitive.
  • Quick learned and technology driven.
  • Employee & Customer Experience orientated.
  • Communication skills / Change management skills.
  • Leadership while Team player.
  • Transport / Logistics / Shipping Industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Team & Continuous improvement spirit.
  • Fluent in French and English.
