Project Manager Controlling (M/F)

The Finance and Accounting transformation program (called “FAST”) aims at providing CMA CGM Finance Department with tools to provide a unified vision of our Group and to strengthen the quality of our financial data, as well as reinforce all teams’ interaction across several regions.

As part of this strategic program, you oversee the mobilization and coordination of a group of actors from IT and business to ensure project delivery within timeline, budget and quality.

You are the point of contact referent on controlling topics, and you report to your management key performance indicators as well as any alert or decision to make to answer project goals.

You will ensure the delivery of one or several projects/workstreams from definition of business specifications to their deployment in compliance with allocated resources and deadlines.





  • Follow up the design of the project (business needs, specifications, deliverables)
  • Drive the project and coordinate with the different stakeholders to respect the objectives of quality, deadlines and budget
  • Analyze project outcomes to monitor the business case and the compliance with business needs
  • Make the connection with the business to keep them informed of the different steps




  • At least 8 years’ experience in Consulting and / or Similar role in Corporate or Consulting form
  • Similar successful experience of managing/driving and structuring transformation project
  • Able to manage complex situations that combine strategic, financial, operational, management and IT aspects
  • Business sense and functional expertise in controlling processes
  • Project management skills and ability to interact with heterogeneous stakeholders
  • Able to interpret financial statements and P&L
  • Solution oriented with a strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French, with ability to work in a highly international environment
