YOUR ROLE
Within CMA CGM’s TANGRAM Center of Excellence, you will work as a Project Officer supporting the Group Education Coordinator and the Managing Director of TANGRAM. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational monitoring of training and innovation projects, ensuring effective organization, rigorous follow-up, and smooth coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT WILL YOU DO ?

1. Reporting and Strategic Presentations
• Develop concise and impactful presentations for the Executive Committee, including impact analyses and recommendations.
• Ensure structured and regular reporting to senior management.
• Create cross-functional materials to promote TANGRAM's activities and initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.

2. Data Analysis and KPI Monitoring
• Monitor and analyze KPIs for training and education projects.
• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards to support strategic project management.
• Leverage data to identify trends, formulate recommendations, and improve performance.

3. Project Monitoring, Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Participate in specific projects or initiatives related to training, innovation, and academic partnerships.
• Oversee project timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and align priorities accordingly.
• Facilitate collaboration across TANGRAM teams and partners, acting as a key interface and enabler.
• Anticipate risks, propose corrective actions, and adjust resources as needed.
• Ensure effective coordination between internal teams (TANGRAM, HR, Innovation) and external partners.

4. Structuring a Group-Wide "Education" Strategy and Roadmap
• Support management in defining and deploying a coherent and innovative education strategy at Group level, and contribute proactively with new ideas.

Responsibilities – Innovation Focus

• Support the Innovation team in tracking and implementing projects and initiatives, notably the Innofridays (innovation training modules) and design sprints organized by TANGRAM.
• Conduct strategic monitoring by creating newsletters for employees on new technologies and developments in CMA CGM’s industry sectors.
• Write in-depth research reports on industry trends and relevant innovations to provide strategic insights to the teams.
• Contribute to the organization of innovation-focused events and modules, helping to foster a strong culture of innovation within the Group.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• Experience in project management, ideally in a strategy consulting firm.
• Strong commitment and ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Excellent command of analytical and reporting tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Autonomy, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations to executive audiences.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in training, transport, or logistics sectors would be a plus.
