Project Manager IMO 23 (M/F)

THE ROLE :

Within the “Energy Transition” department, a multidisciplinary project team has been set up to respond to the new regulatory constraints imposed by the IMO (International Maritime Organization) and soon Europe. The Plateau IMO 23-30 team has both a support and expertise mission to support the transition of the CMA CGM group, both at the technological and operational level. To do so, the Plateau carries out impact studies, puts in place new tools for new cross-functional processes and monitors the progress of the teams on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Reporting to the Plateau Manager, you work in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the PMO of the program. You are involved in the entire project implementation cycle, from the collection of needs to its deployment.

• Define the vision in agreement with the project stakeholders, in line with environmental regulatory constraints and the Group's strategy
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution until the closure of the project
• Ensure the solutions foreseen are adapted to customer demand and consistent with the group's strategy
• Guarantee transversal and impartial analysis
• Meet deadlines
• Produce presentations and follow-up documents to help understand the issues

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• We are looking for an experienced profile (more than 5 years of experience in a program management position) able to assist the manager, as well as the team composed of business and IT people.
• A good level of assertiveness allowing to:
  • Establish a climate of trust with team members and key contributors
  • Generate listening and support from internal collaborators
• The ability to structure problems according to their nature and propose remediation plans
• Effective written and oral communication (strong need for alignment and sharing)
• Rigor in project management, impartiality, and a capacity of synthesis
• Advanced/Fluent English
• Adaptable to a changing environment
• Endurance, flexibility, rigorous, spirit of analysis and synthesis
• Technical and functional environment:
  • Business-IT project management
  • Multidisciplinary program management
  • A good knowledge of the Shipping business would be a plus
