THE ROLE
Within the GEN Agency Efficiency team, based in HO, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Consultant with 2–3 years of experience preferably in Big 5 consulting firm and a proven track record of working in international environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, ability to operate in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Project Delivery: Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery across various domains meeting project timelines.
- Studies - Participate in various studies related to GEN Agencies network.
- Data Analysis: Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to identify client issues and develop actionable recommendations.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for management and internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with Agencies, Regional Offices & HO stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends, best practices, and innovative solutions relevant to GEN Agency Efficiency Scope.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of consulting experience with a preferably Big 5 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or Accenture) or any other consulting firms, including international project exposure.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis and business modeling.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools
- Teamwork: Experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams.
