YOUR ROLE

 

Working within the Revenue Control Department as a Revenue Control Expert, you will be familiar with shipping concepts and rate structures, and have a strong knowledge of commercial sales.

BI tools and various data extraction, processing and manipulation technologies enable you to carry out studies and conduct workshops with sales management concerning the implementation or monitoring of Freight overloads.

In liaison with various external departments (head office departments, subsidiaries and the branch network), you will make proposals for the optimization and correct application of customer tariffs.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

 

  • You will be motivated by the desire to develop BI tools and procedures, and will play a driving role in the implementation of these improvements, whether with sales management, branch representatives in regional offices or within the various centers.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting external customers in the use of the tools and media published by the department.
  • You will need to master the entire Quote to Cash chain, as you will also be responsible for setting up blocking systems (Filling, Booking, Invoicing) to ensure security, while anticipating any potential side effects.
  • As such, you will be involved in defining customer indicators with a view to challenging, monitoring and improving customer revenues.
  • You are keen to share your experience and skills with the rest of the team.

 

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • You have a Master 2 degree from a business or finance/management school, with initial Shipping experience.
  • You want to put your leadership skills to work for a team and the Group as a whole.
  • Autonomous and proactive in project management, your experience demonstrates your ability to manage complex issues while ensuring the support of business teams.
  • You have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • You are proficient in the use of BI tools.
