YOUR ROLE
A comprehensive suite of solutions has been established using Salesforce market products to meet global digital transformation and business needs.
• A loyalty program integrated within Salesforce Loyalty is designed for eCommerce customers, allowing them to earn and burn points based on their booking activity. This program is operational in 171 countries.
• A case management system built on Salesforce Service Cloud enhances customer relationship management, improves customer experience and satisfaction, reduces employee effort, and boosts efficiency and productivity. It is deployed across 142 countries for 9 200 users.
• A CRM solution leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud facilitates the processing of leads, opportunities, contracts, and customer references. This application supports our entire sales team and is available in 115 countries for 4 300 users.
• A marketing platform overseen by Salesforce Marketing Cloud handles global surveys, promotions, advertisements via digital media (email, social networks, mobile), and ensures contact and data quality.
• A data collection engine powered by Salesforce Customer Data Platform manages segmentation and KPI calculations to improve customer profiling.
These Salesforce applications integrate with various CMA CGM systems, including Identity Management, O365, ERP Shipping, eCommerce, EDI systems, Cash & Collection, Call centers Nice, social networks, and more
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Within the Clients Platforms department, as a technical-functional leader, you will be in charge to coordinate the digital transformation initiatives, thus ensuring perfect harmony between the Salesforce solutions deployed and the specific Business needs of CMA CGM.
Your role will involve in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to optimize operations.
You will work closely with development teams to oversee the design, deployment and integration of Salesforce applications, with a particular focus on data quality and end-user satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and sharing of information crucial to the success of projects.
Additionally, you will be a key player in monitoring and evaluating the performance of the solutions implemented, making continuous adjustments to maximize the efficiency and productivity of users across the globe.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Your expertise will not only enhance the technical capabilities of the team but also ensure that the solutions delivered are robust, scalable, and aligned with the strategic objectives of CMA CGM.
Essential skills include a solid understanding of the mentioned Salesforce products, API design principles, security and compliance awareness, along with testing and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities involve drafting technical-functional specifications, detailing parameters for business needs, modeling business processes for integration into the value chain, defining and executing technical-functional tests, and supporting Business during the acceptance phase.
