Senior Data Architect

YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, deploying, and animating our organization's data architecture.
This role requires a deep understanding of data architecture & management principles, database design, and data integration concepts.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Develop and implement data architecture strategies that align with Group data strategy & business goals
• Define and apply data architecture standards
• Create and maintain data models (conceptual, logical), data flow diagrams, and other documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and define best data architecture solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and methodologies in place
• Provide guidance/support to data engineers
• Work in close collaboration with Enterprise & Solution Architects, Data Science, Data Governance & Data Management experts
• Put in place required Data architecture committees (Design authority, etc…) to ensure appropriate respect of standards
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to address Analytics & AI use cases.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Architect
• Deep expertise with data modeling & data warehousing (incl. Data vault 2.0 methodology), and ETL processes
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts
• Knowledge of Analytics concepts & tools (Qlik)
• Proficiency in data governance, data management practices & tools (Data catalog – Collibra / At-lan / CastorDoc, Data Quality & Observability – Sifflet, MDM – Semarchy)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
