Senior Project Manager (M/F) - CMA CGM Head Office

MISSION :


The Senior Project Manager works within the Digital Agency & Customer Engagement department. Reporting to the head of the Customer Engagement department, you will advise and contribute to strategic thinking on the customer and employee experience, in connection with the implementation of a global CRM encompassing sales, services and analytics. 
More specifically, you will develop and lead the governance of a network of cross-functional experts.                                                

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES : 


Reporting to the department manager and Chief Product Owner of the Salesforce Global CRM platform: 


- You will take part in drawing up the department's strategic plans and cross-functional roadmaps to best meet the expectations of internal and external customers and the market's "Digital" standards.
- You will supervise proxy product owners representing the central product team in a "follow the sun" organization.
- You will lead a community of regional and local experts (Business Delegated Administrators, Power Users), ensuring their initial and ongoing training and regular communication on the platform's functionalities, in close cooperation with the Global CRM product owners

- You are responsible for defining, maintaining and ensuring compliance with RACI between the head office team and regional and local networks, and for securing access to platform configuration data for product team representatives.
- You validate the assignment of roles and organize their regular updates according to the contribution of the various regional and local players, and supervise contributions to the various initiatives.
- You seek to continuously improve working methods: you identify "pain points", propose avenues for improvement and implement them in order of priority.
- Set up and regularly monitor network activity/performance indicators and other cross-functional indicators for the sales and service areas.
- You will produce regular reports and set the pace for comitology with the cross-functional network.
- You will work in close collaboration with central team product managers and PMOs.
- You may be asked to take the lead on ad hoc cross-functional studies in support of the Chief Product Owner.

PROFILE AND SKILLS :


- Level: 5 years' higher education
- Management experience in an international environment
- 5 years' experience in the maritime or transport sector
- Confirmed seniority and expected added value in business structuring: processes, indicators, RACI 

- Very good level of written and spoken English
- Excellent ability to manage performance and follow up complex projects
- Cross-functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
- Good communication, analysis and synthesis skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural, multi-project environment
- Organizational skills, ability to make proposals and meet deadlines
