THE ROLE

 

As provider of Data & Customer Insight in the department Strategic Accounts, you will have the responsibility to drive marketing customer analysis, to develop the commercial strategy for the Global Accounts covering different dimensions.

You will be responsible for conducting information research, customer studies. You will also be responsible of producing Customer Insight deliverables.

 

 

RESPONSABILITIES

 

Precisely, your activity will take place around the following missions:

  • Formalize the results and conclusions of your analyses in the form of customer insight deliverables: to do this, build a structured argument, highlight the key messages using strong visuals, and adapt the content of the messages and the format of the deliverables according to the targets. Then ensure the presentation to the management and operational staff concerned
  • Synthesis all the information collected (quantitative and qualitative) to produce readable and relevant results at the level of customer mapping, - highlighting new challenges and new opportunities
  • Support the commercial team by providing them with relevant business and strategy support to be used during customer meetings and internal management meetings.  
  • In collaboration with the sales teams, you will participate in the analysis of the sales performance of key accounts, you will produce and ensure the updating of monitoring supports for key indicators and the centralization of data (for all kind of stakeholders, including TOP management)
  • You will provide the sales teams with the tools necessary to collect and centralize data, and coordinate updates and information sharing with the various teams (IT, CRM, etc.) 

 

 

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Higher education (BAC+5) in International Business, Marketing, Management (Master's degree in Business, Marketing)
  • Microsoft office: Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and good level of Excel (Good understanding of numbers it is a must)
  • Mastery of monitoring/reporting tools
  • Very good command of English (oral and written)
  • Excellent writing skills for the elaboration of supports, you perfectly master the codes of the communication
  • Good level: in analysis, synthesis, and writing 
  • Curiosity and sense of innovation
  • Dynamism and good interpersonal skills: adaptability, reliability, rigor, autonomy, proactivity, good sense of teamwork
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Result oriented
