YOUR ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in the recruitment strategy for corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Communication, etc.). You will manage a team of 4 recruiters and will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and integrating the best talents while ensuring a quality candidate experience.
This position is part of a rapidly growing environment within an ambitious organization on an international scale. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, supporting the company's expansion and contributing to the structuring and optimization of the recruitment function. You will actively participate in the implementation of strategic and innovative projects aimed at strengthening the company's competitiveness and attractiveness in the talent market.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
Management and coordination of the recruitment team
- Supervise, support, and develop a team of 4 recruiters specialized in corporate functions.
- Manage recruitment distribution and prioritize needs based on business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs (time to fill, quality of hires, manager and candidate satisfaction).
- Engage and energize the team to ensure optimal performance and a positive work environment.
Recruitment strategy leadership
- Define and implement a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Improve and optimize recruitment processes to attract qualified talents while ensuring a swift and effective candidate journey.
- Collaborate with HR teams and operational managers to anticipate recruitment needs.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Responsible for the monitoring and implementation of structuring projects related to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, optimization of tools, and innovation in talent acquisition
Employer Branding & Innovation
- Contribute to the enhancement of the employer brand through targeted actions (events, partnerships).
- Implement innovative strategies for sourcing and recruitment
- Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Counseling and support for managers and HR
- Support and train managers and HR on best recruitment practices and help them refine their needs based on market trends.
- Act as an internal consultant, providing insights on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
Market Intelligence and Expertise
- Stay informed about recruitment market trends in corporate roles and propose strategy adjustments accordingly.
- Analyze compensation trends, candidate expectations, and new talent acquisition methods.
- Develop a network of talents and partners to anticipate the company's future needs.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators to optimize the recruitment strategy.
- Develop reports and recommendations for the TA management
- Ensure compliance of processes with current legislation.
