Talent Management Senior Manager - Shipping (M/F)

The role will be structured around 3 pillars:

 

 

I/Talent Development:
-Drive the people review process for the Shipping Division.
-Identify skill gaps and work with department heads to create development plans
-Ensure a solid succession pipeline by identifying gaps and implementing development programs
- Contribute to the design and execution of training and development programs tailored to the shipping division's need.
-Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training initiativ-es
-Coordinate the talent management community for the shipping division.
- Define and ensure the implementation of Talent Management SWP topics.

 

 

II/Performance Management:
- Deploy the performance management process to ensure employees meet their job expectations and performance standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
- Recognize and reward high-performing employees.

 

 

III/Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee morale and address concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop career paths and advancement opportunities within the shipping division.

 

 

Profile & Qualifications : 

- Bachelor or Master Degree

- 10+ years of experience in Talent Management with an international experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Fluent in French & English

- Strong organizational and project management abilities

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Strong leadership and influencing skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
