The responsibilities in this role will be the following ones :

 

  • Enhance and implement Internal Mobility Process and Policies that aligns with company goals and employees career aspirations, ensuring transparency, fairness and care
  • Leverage Talent Management processes such as people reviews and succession planning to assess current workforce capabilities and identify candidates for open positions
  • Partner with the Academy to create and deliver training programs that enhance employees skills and prepare them for future roles
  • Provide support to the HRBPs and Managers to facilitate career development discussions and provide guidance to employees on potential career growth options 
  • Monitor progress on programs and establish key metrics to keep improving and adjusting policies and programs where necessary
  • Leads and manages special projects within the Global Leadership and Talent Development arena
  • Supports the development of strategic communication and marketing campaigns to generate internal and external awareness and utilization of the programs, improving employer branding
  • Monitors learning governance practices to ensure budget, resource allocations, content and delivery standardization
  • Keeps up-to-date on state-of-the-art Leadership Development practices by benchmarking, getting inspiration from outside the organization and understanding new trends.

 

 

Profile & Qualifications : 

- Bachelor or Master Degree

- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management ideally within an international environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Fluent in French & English

- Strong organizational and project management abilities

- Good analytical skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
