YOUR ROLE :

 

As part of the Treasury Department within the Group's Financial Direction, you will be responsible for supervising and improving the Group's cash management activities. You will supervise a team based in Head Office and interact regularly with international regional offices, shared service centers, and subsidiaries.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Manage the Group's liquidity: Monitor performance indicators, define and implement actions to enhance cash centralization, optimize working capital requirements (WCR), and produce comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Rationalize bank relationships: Oversee the distribution of cashflows allocation and banking activities, monitor ongoing operations, renegotiate terms through requests of proposals, and manage contractual agreements with financial institutions.
  • Contribute to CAPEX and M&A operations: Provide strategic advice to operational teams on organizing closings and cash flows, ensuring efficient and effective financial planning for capital expenditures and acquisitions.
  • Acquired companies integration: Align Treasury processes and tools within Group standards to smoothly integrate newly acquired entities into the existing financial framework.
  • Manage bank guarantees: Negotiate corporate-level lines of credit, supervise the issuance of guarantees, and maintain detailed reporting on these financial instruments.
  • Supervise a team: Oversee the cash management team, ensuring effective and efficient operations in managing the Group's liquidity and financial activities.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with the project management team on initiatives aimed at evolving our treasury management systems and enhancing banking connectivity tools. Your input will be critical in driving forward the technological and operational development of the department.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Graduate from a Business School or holder of a Master's degree in Finance.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in Treasury, with significant exposure to international financial environments.
  • Key attributes: Dynamic, agile, and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
  • Technical proficiency: Extensive knowledge of treasury management software and systems.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global context. Occasional international business trips.
