YOUR ROLE:


The Workplace Digital Officer contributes to the management, optimization, and proper functioning of workspaces to ensure a high-performance environment for employees. To do so, they master the planning and allocation of workstations (and furniture) using digital and IT tools. They are able to propose layout options based on departmental constraints or requests (HR/Administration), and monitor the status of spaces through dedicated documents. In addition to these responsibilities, they actively participate in the handling and relocation of furniture as needed. Through these missions, they play a key role in the daily organization of the workplace and in implementing the company’s workplace strategy.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Manage the layout and organization of offices and shared spaces (reservations, internal moves, furniture).
  • Oversee and administer workspace planning and management tools.

  • Monitor the status of workstations and furniture using a dedicated digital and documentation framework.

  • Update employee seating and location assignments in dedicated tools.

  • Administer the functional side of the space planning tool.

  • Coordinate with external service providers.

  • Implement workspace optimization policies (flex office, remote work, carbon footprint reduction, etc.).

  • Participate in the management of budgets related to the working environment.

  • Handle employee requests regarding space and services (tickets, complaints).

  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and accessibility standards.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, security, and internal communications teams.

  • Take part in relocation and moving operations.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Proficiency in digital tools dedicated to space planning, or at least good knowledge of IT environments.

  • Strong command of office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and high-rise building regulations.

  • Basic knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, and interior design is a plus.

  • Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to react quickly and manage priorities effectively.

  • Team spirit.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Education level: Bac +2 to Bac +5 (equivalent to Associate's to Master’s degree) in General Services Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a company or managing multiple sites.
