eCommerce BI Manager

CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from the fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members.
CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled BI Manager to join our eCommerce department. This role will focus on the development, maintenance, optimization, and adoption of our operational eCommerce dashboards. The consultant will be responsible for

• collecting business requirements from both head office and local teams,
• maintaining and prioritizing our BI roadmap,
• ensuring the successful development and maintenance of eCommerce dashboards,
• managing an international team of six BI developers based in India and Lebanon,
• oversee performance optimization projects for our applications,
• and ensure the quality of our data.

The role will also involve promoting the adoption of the dashboards through communication, training, and operational support.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to quickly understand the company's strategy, organization, and business challenges.

Proven experience in managing a BI team and developing operational dashboards is essential. Advanced technical expertise in QlikSense is required, while knowledge of Tableau (Salesforce) is a plus.

The candidate should also have proficiency in SQL and Excel. Familiarity with the maritime transport industry is advantageous. Strong communication skills in both English and French are essential, as the role involves working with international teams and stakeholders. Key competencies include leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to drive operational excellence through data-driven insights.
