2 x Export Customer Care Representative (Perm, FT)
4 x Customer Care Representative (Perm, FT)

 

  • The role is to be the first point of contact for customers in receiving, processing booking, sending booking confirmation and manage booking amendments and cancellations.

 
2 x Cargo Readiness Officer (Perm, FT)

 

  • The role is to provide effective management and control access across the export cargo cycle to ensure clients adhere to export deadlines and deliver cargo on time.

 
4 x Specialised Desk Representative (Perm, FT)

 

  • In this role, you will be providing high level of service and handling all enquiries from ANL & CMA CGM Premier Clients for their Imports and Exports shipments.

 

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 

  • Completing of year 12 or equivalent or tertiary qualifications in relevant fields
  • 1-3 years of experience in the relevant role, preferably within the freight forwarding/import/export/shipping/supply chain and logistics
  • Good keyboard and computer skills with the ability to pickup systems
  • Customer oriented approach with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers
  • Able to multitask and work autonomously with minimum supervision
