Head of Cluster Agency Transformation

This newly created role is responsible for all Transformation activities across the shipping agency network for CMA CGM across Oceania (Australia, NZ, PNG, Timor Leste, French Polynesia, New Caledonia). Reporting to the Managing Director, Oceania, this key leadership role will lead the organization in the development and implementation of plans that support the strategic direction of CMA CGM Group. 

 

The role and responsibilities will include:

 

  • Manage and coordinate the Transformation of the Oceania Agencies through projects, process improvements and aligned organizations.
  • Identify transformation requirements for agencies in line with CMA CGM Group strategies. 
  • Deliver new processes and systems to the business 
  • Facilitate change management in the Agencies / Clusters 
  • Ensure Agency processes are functioning efficiently in-line with the core model
  • Work in conjunction with Regional and Head Office transformation teams to act a
  • Liaise with external organisations as required to deliver transformation projects within the Group.

 

To be successful for this role, you will need:

 

  • Experience in a senior Transformation and Change Management role and/or Project Management and coordination preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Interest in emerging industry developments and technology / digital.
  • Experience working in a multinational matrix organization
  • Demonstrated skills in leading people to achieve results.
  • Logical and analytical thinker with ability to calculate methods, provide statistics analysis, analyse Data and provide diagnosis.
  • Commercial and financial awareness with the ability to adapt changes to local business requirements
  • Customer oriented approach with ability to influence, negotiate and work on highly complex issues both internally and externally with stakeholders.
