About the Role:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead - Oceania, the successful candidate will:
- Assist with the end-to-end in-house recruitment function for all business divisions within ANL, and Oceania Group companies ensuring timely and cost-effective recruitment of the right people with the right skills to meet business needs
- Be a brand ambassador for the CMA CGM Group and ANL, and to promote the group as employer of choice within the market
- Responsible for all employment contract administration for new hires and internal transfers
- Undertake and/or coordinate the end-to-end recruitment activities as required by all areas of ANL and CMA CGM Group Agencies Oceania and ensure adherence to the Company Recruitment Policy, ensuring standards are upheld and consistently applied. The activities include but are not limited to: Job briefing, Job Advertising, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Reference checks, Background/Police Check, Offer, Employment Contract Management
- Proactively attract candidates to develop long term recruitment strategies for the talent pool
- Manage end-to-end contractor administration to ensure resources are in place when required
- Provide support and maintain regular monthly reports on recruitment activities
- Promote mobility and career pathways for staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle internal recruitment
- Familiar with Behavioural and Competency-Based Interviewing techniques to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Proficiency in managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in SuccessFactors considered an advantage
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency including Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms to actively source and attract candidates
- Inter-personal and communication skills. An active listener with ability to communicate clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders
- Cross-cultural understanding with strong collaboration skills
