CCIS (CMA CGM Inland Services) is a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, dedicated to the development of land transport solutions.
It offers complete and integrated logistics solutions with high added value, adapted to the specific needs of its customers throughout their supply chain: storage, picking, kitting, processing of packaged goods, post-manufacturing and loading and unloading.

THE ROLE

 

  • Guarantee the efficiency, productivity, and general development for both entities either, CCIS and GSLTC assuring the right function of the previously mentioned
  • Coordinate all activities related for both either CCIS and GSLTC, by supervising the development of each employee, budget control, general objectives establishment, besides assuring that all the previously mentioned activities are developed efficiently, organized and in right ways according to policies.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Proceed with the gesture of all activities related to the organization, with tasks, objectives, and main priorities establishment
  • Develop, coordinate, evaluate and review, improving procedures and policies regarding the organization, besides initiatives and other activities
  • Supervise and follow up to projects, objectives and costs related with company’s Budget and deadlines established by the previously mention
  • Make good use of all the goods and materials assigned and provided by the company
  • Knowledge and application of procedures and work manuals, related to each and everyone of his/her activities
  • Develop and maintenance of networks and relationships alongside employees and third-party agents
  • Solve of conflicts, assuring the right function of the organization
  • Evaluation and authorization of the right alignments for QSSE area, supervising all related and developed activities related to it
  • Apply all modifications according to strategy plans, related to the previously established objectives
  • Supervise Entities Managers, all according to objectives accomplishment.

 

 

PROFILE & COMPETENCIES

 

  • Administration or Business Degree
  • At least 10 years' experience in the Logistics Sector, on a global role. In-depth knowledge of logistics flows of the local market
  • 2 years' experience under Business or related lines, experience in subcontracting and outsourcing transport services
  • Knowledge of IT applications usual in the industry (e.g., containerchain)
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize work schedule both individually and for the wider team
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
