JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Department : Commercial
Sub Department : CMA CGM + Products
Reporting : Manager – CMA CGM + Products 
Role Summary:
 CMA CGM+ – Act as Expert in Value Added Services segment&Drive the productsales through 
the zonal Sales Team.
Core Responsibilities:
 Drive CMA CGM+ portfolio in Zone.
 Assist CC+ India Manager in training of sales team to ensure Outside /Inside /Sales Support are 
in full capability of selling CMA CGM+ products (Training, Documentation etc)
 Attend / Support Specific Opportunities / businesses by sales team & customization as required.
 Conduct commercial visits and calls in coordination with Outside and Inside sales with clients 
and various trade organizations.
 Coordinate between Mumbai HO and Zonal Sales offices on CMA CGM+ products and reports 
issues related to pricing & execution
 Drive strategy and selling of upcoming CMA CGM+ products.
 Explore the market and liaise with Mumbai HO /DRO in designing new CMA CGM+
 products.
Key Performance Indicators:
 Focus on Revenue maximization of CMA CGM+ portfolio products.
 Target to achieve Budget Numbers.
 Maintain & Monitor CMA CGM+ product portfolio and performance on weekly basis.
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
 Min MBA /Graduate
 5 Years of experience in sales within the Shipping & Logistics Industry
 Managerial &Leadership Skills
 Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills
 Well verse with MS Office tools especially Power Point and Excel.
 Good Negotiation skills
