Assistant Manager - Logistics (Equipment)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title                                           Designation                                   :            Executive/Senior Executive– Equipment Control - Logistics

Key Responsibilities

 

  • All INDIA MTY Equipment Management as per commercial flow and assist in all aspect of equipment management related activities for assigned region
  • To follow up and co-ordinate with depot to follow FIFO
  • Ensure that Equipment is made Available as per sales Forecast & ensure NIL lost booking for assigned region
  • Arrange GOH Fabrications as per customer Requirement
  • Find out cost effective ways of positioning/evacuating equipment to reduce positioning cost
  • Daily inventory management and coordination with storage/Repair yard/CFS, Panindia locations operation teams to ensure that requirement of customers are met.
  • To assist with management presentations
  • To manage Idle stock of MTY and Laden as per KPI

 

 

 

Key Performance Standards

 

  • Ensure no booking loss due to Equipment Issue .
  • Reduce logistics cost .
  • Maintaining updated tariff and cost review with Manager

 

Requirements And Specific Skills:

 

  • Graduate and Good Communication Skills.
  • Good savvy with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team worker, should be more focused on team achievement.
  • Computer savvy and good in excel
