JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : Executive / Senior Executive
Department : Commercial
Sub Department : MIS - Marketing
Reporting : Deputy Manager- Marketing 

Role Summary:
 To Prepare MIS Database for India EXIM Performance and contribute to preparing all associated 
MIS Reports

Core Responsibilities:
 Data Compilation and Maintenance (Export & Import)
 Research and analysis of actionable data of CMA CGM Vs Market to providemarketshare trends 
on services and trades.
 Timely updation of existing reports within prescribed formats and analysis on company’s Export 
& Import performance based on weekly or monthly requirements.
 Strictly maintain deadlines and formats and be willing to assist on any adhoc reports and 
analysis that may be required by Management or any other stakeholders.
 Consistently and regularly assist reporting manager in the streamlining of data collection and 
report generation
 Constantly work as a team in reviewing existing processes and identify opportunities to drive 
standardization, Automation and efficiency while delivering highest level of data management 
and reporting accuracy.

Key Performance Indicators:
 Accuracy of Database
 Weekly Database publication by Wednesday End of the Day.
 All other Reports as per Timelines set by Management.

Qualifications and Skill Sets:
 Min. graduate
 Well versed with MS office tools specially – Advance Excel & PowerPoint
 Good analytical skills
 Good communication & interpersonalskills
 Shipping Knowledge is desirable and an added advantage.
 Proactive / Self-motivated
 Must have an eye for details and ensure error free analysis and reports
