JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Job Title                                                : Executive/Senior Executive

Department                                        : Logistics and Intermodal

Role Summary:

 

  1. This role involves monitoring daily empty stock levels, conducting periodic stock reconciliations, and coordinating with customer service on export follow-ups. It includes managing surveyors to ensure SOP compliance, addressing ICD/Depot queries, and liaising with custodians, customs, and CONCOR for smooth block train movements.

Core Responsibilities:

 

  1. Monitor empty stock levels on daily basis and periodic stock reconciliation. Weekly Export long stay follow up with customer service.
  2. Surveyor management- ensure surveyors are operating/reporting as per SOPs. Attend and respond to ICD /Depot operation related queries and mails.
  3. Liaison with custodians and customs in matters pertaining to day-to-day activities, accounts related, IGM etc. Coordinate with CONCOR for smooth block train movement.
  4. Coordinate with commercial & customer service team for filling the Block train. v Follow up with CONCOR for block train reconciliation & incentives.
  5. Coordinate with Mumbai HO teams daily on Equipment & Intermodal activities.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

 

  1. Equipment and Intermodal train management.
  2. Vendor management.
  3. Inventory management.

 

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

 

  1. Holds a Graduate degree.
  2. Must be computer savvy, with Excel/PowerPoint knowledge.
  3. Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
