Position Summary: As part of the Group Security Management, identify protection and security goals and objectives consistent with the corporate strategic plan.

This position will: Manage the implementation of global security policy to ensure ongoing security maintenance and compliance with regulatory and voluntarily enjoined programs. Oversee the team to ensure security and protection for people and assets in the region, including all investigations regarding security issues involving the group. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies. *The occupation requires travel 40% of the time to domestic and international locations, including Canada and France.

Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field and twenty (20) years of experience in law enforcement or security OR no degree and twenty-one (21) years of experience in law enforcement or security. Must have ten (10) years of experience with: International cross functional experience in law enforcement and military; Security and protection in international environment for international organizations; Audits and security assessments within the international organization; Investigating organized crime and/or terrorism matters; Management and senior leadership experience in international environment or organization; Leadership and management experience in Very Very Important Person (VVIP) protection details; Command and Control and Law enforcement in French special unit.
