Digital Innovation Specialist - Internship

MISSION 

 


We are looking for a Digital Innovation Specialist to lead teams of cross functional experts in the delivery of innovative products and services for the group. As a member of the Digital Team at CMA CGM America, you will be responsible for facilitating and leading Startup Pilots and delivery of digital innovation throughout the organization across all the various departments. You ensure that Innovation endeavors are complete successfully testing hypotheses to deliver value. You will act as a subject matter expert to your customers and provide support and training as needed.
 

 


RESPONSIBILITIES 



•    Support the strategy and execution of Innovation for North America and deploy the latest innovation frameworks, best practices, and methodologies across the various business units/functional groups;
•    Partner with key customers and vendors around innovation that jointly benefits the customers and CMA CGM. This may include facilitating and conducting workshops, working on joint innovative solutions, sharing innovation best practices, etc;
•    Lead the ideation, approval, and execution of Solutions Proof of Concepts. Detailing the hypothesis, risks, timeline and results to report out to leadership.
•    Influence and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that Innovation initiatives meet the established objectives. Successfully communicate the status and impact of projects to the leadership team, stakeholders and broader community.
•    Engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the company to effectively navigate a global organization.
 

 


PROFILE & QUALIFICATION


•    Degree in a technology or business field;
•    Technical aptitude, understanding technology in a business context;
•    Extremely comfortable with ambiguity;
•    Empathy and experience with working with coworkers from different backgrounds;
•    Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral to articulate objectives and influence outcomes.
•    analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
