Position Summary
The Digital Product Manager will be part of CMA CGM North America Data & Innovation team. In collaboration with business departments, the Digital Product Manager will be responsible for managing several digital products around key technologies (AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Digital channels & ecommerce, Intelligent Document Processing, etc). She/he will support the CMA CGM Digital strategy, act as a value multiplier, and will become an identified leader that can drive digital transformation across the business at all levels.
As a Digital Product Manager, you will work on developing digital products that use advanced technology to create solutions that are desirable, feasible and viable. Our team catalyzes external innovation and business needs to create a portfolio of Digital solutions that lead transformation while driving business value.
Position Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution for a variety of products, from internal tools to customer and vendor facing tools (e.g., Vendor / Customer Portals, Internal Visibility Solutions, etc.);
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to understand and identify customer pain points (internal and external Customers) that can be transformed into features in products;
- Manage and motivate a team of cross-functional stakeholders to execute on products/projects that deliver major business outcomes like operational efficiency, customer and employee experience and create new revenue opportunities;
- Develop end to end plans for solutions, detailing the hypothesis, timeline for testing and implementation, and results to report out to leadership;
- Partner with our leadership team, external vendors, local and global IT to scope and prioritize a roadmap for our products;
- Engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the company to effectively navigate a global organization.

Required
- +7 years of work experience in business or technology positions;
- +2 years product management / project management experience in a fast-paced technology environment;
- Results driven individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Empathy and experience with working with coworkers from different backgrounds;
- An entrepreneurial mindset that is self-motivated and comfortable moving forward with little guidance; Bias for action unafraid to make decisions on a daily basis and comfortable justifying the decisions taken;
- Technical aptitude, understanding technology in a business context;
- Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral to articulate objectives and influence outcomes.
Preferred
- Master’s degree from a Business or Engineering school;
- Experience working in Startups or in top tier consulting companies.
- Supply Chain and Logistic Experience;
- Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation.
