Domestic Equipment Coordinator

Position Summary
The Domestic Equipment Coordinator will assist with identification and tracking of units moving in the domestic program to ensure they are returned to the set port locations in a timely manner. The Domestic Equipment Coordinator will assist with updating multiple reporting matrix to provide understanding and feedback for the units moving throughout the network. This position will also assist with answering email and calls in the group box and call que, as well as assist with processing customer invoices and tracing of units for per diem issues/ billing.
Functions & Duties

• Assist with identification and tracking of units moving in the domestic program to ensure they are returned to the set port locations in a timely manner. 20%
• Assist with timely response of emails and street turn requests for domestic customers in the domestic box. Provide clear and accurate information to our customers when they contact us via phone que to ensure excellent customer support and to minimize errors. 20%
• Assist with updating multiple reporting matrix to provide understanding and feedback for the units moving throughout the network 15%
• Assist with the processing of domestic customers’ invoices and assist with the tracking of units for per diem issues/ billing 15%
• Maintain close communication with Equipment team to aid in supplying potential surplus to our customer base 10%
• Provide support to other reporting functions as needed to assist with the daily upkeep of information flow. 10%
• Assist other team members when needed to ensure coverage and daily updates to back office functions are provided. 5%
