Team Leader, Specialty, North/South

This position is responsible for:

  • Team Guidance and Assistance:
  1. Answer questions and offer guidance to the team
  2. Coaching/Mentoring
  3. Coordinate with Trainers on new practices to ensure uniform processes
  4. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of process guides and department tools
  • Reporting:
  1. Run various reports daily to capture potential issues, ensure accuracy and maintain compliance
  2. Report Department Errors to Management to track training and development needs
  • Investigate and Research escalated issues.
  • Act as a back up for all Customer Care duties as needed to ensure all functions are performed within KPI.
  • Answer internal calls for the 2050 line to ensure that the organizational needs are met in a timely manner.

Skill Sets/ Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One to Two years general business experience.
  • One to Two years industry experience.
  • Offers support to the Customer Care management team and associates
  • Provides guidance and training for associates
  • Must be familiar with all duties on the team to assist in any capacity.
  • Able to manage and resolve sensitive issues that may arise with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to interact well with internal and external customers
