eCommerce Professional Services Analyst

This position will: Analyze and qualify customer requirements. Validate required changes with concerned product owners. Coordinate development with IT/EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) teams and HO (Head Office) eCommerce team. Perform UAT (user acceptance testing) and organize roll-out. Project status update and Internal knowledge base management by documenting customer deployment details. Provide functional support to customers on existing flows. *Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the CMA CGM office in Norfolk, VA. *International travel required 10% to Marseille, France.

Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Logistics, Management, or related field with three (3) years of experience in the Logistics industry. Must have three (3) years of experience with the following: Logistics industry processes and standards as a whole; freight invoicing concepts and tracking; User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process; coordinating EDI/API projects with IT; Freight Audit and Payment portals; PL/SQL; and Third Party Freight audit and payment applications.
