Communication Officer

Mission:

We are looking for a Communication Project Manager on a permanent contract (CDI) within our Communication Department. The position is based in Paris.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and implementation of all events organized by the group (seminars, thematic conferences, inaugurations, representation at trade shows and conferences, etc.), both in France and internationally, in coordination with local teams.

  • Oversee the design, construction, and implementation of communication projects throughout all stages of their execution (project management, scheduling, logistics, production, content).

  • Effectively coordinate internal teams while collaborating with external providers, particularly communication agencies.

  • Collaborate with other departments within the Communication Division (press relations, internal communication, digital communication, CSR communication, international communication, etc.) and all department heads at headquarters, regional offices, and foreign subsidiaries to ensure the success of projects organized by the Group.

  • Write content (communication plans, video scripts, etc.).

 

 

Profile and skills:

Ideally, a Master's degree (Master II) in marketing, communication, or project management.

At least 10 years of experience in a company or specialized agency in organizing and managing large-scale projects (conferences, CEO forums, inaugural events, product launches, etc.) outside of internships/apprenticeships.

Experience in a communication agency would be highly appreciated.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.

Good priority management and high responsiveness to the requests of your internal clients and management.
