Internship - Communication & Events Project Assistant (M/W)

ROLE


Within the Communication Department based at CMA CGMs’ agency in Paris, you join the Edition Team to support it in its daily missions related to different events. You will particularly work on an important real estate project for the Group called the Mirabeau project. The Mirabeau is a new building which is being currently built in Marseille to extend the offices of CMA CGM. 
                                           

 

RESPONSIBILITIES


You will contribute to the production of communication media from the elements provided (specifications, model, etc.) by following the different manufacturing stages: study of needs, production planning, management of tenders and quotes as well as production.


You will follow-up with the creation of various visuals, their layout and will be in charge of proofreading.


You will work on the logistics of events and will assist the communication and edition manager in its daily missions.

 

 

Finally, you will work closely with the event communication team based in Marseilles’ headquarters and in particular work on the implementation of various communication media related to the events. In this context, you will write posts and monitor the Mirabeau LinkedIn page and other communication media.

 

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS


In a Master of Communication,  you have already a first professional experience in publishing and / or event communication that allowed you to demonstrate your responsiveness and autonomy.

 

You have ideally a first experience in real estate or have a strong interest for this field. 

 

You have good writing skills, and you are fluent in French and English and have a good command of pack office tools.


Your good relations and communication skills allow you to adapt with diplomacy your communication mode according to your different interlocutors. You are organized and rigorous.
