Outside Sales Representative (f/m/d) Prague

For our entity in Prague we are recruiting an Outside Sales Representative (f/m/d) for our Local BCO's:
Your responsibilities:
- Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan
- Plan and conduct commercial visits & phone calls as per agency sales’ segmentation
- Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA)
- Identify the commercial market opportunities, develop market shares and/or improve revenues according to commercial strategy
- Update commercial data and customer feedback in CRM
- Create customer profiles and account strategies within the CRM environment
- Meet targets in SVPC (Sales Visits/Phone Calls) and qualitative targets monitored in Analytics
- Relay pricing requests from customers to Sales Support, relay other requests from customers to Customer Care
- Specializes by customer segmentation in BCO
- Specializes in cargo type, i.e. dry cargo, reefer cargo, OOG and Break Bulk
- Accountable for the overall customer outcome (pre and post sales)
- Drives VAS and/or Cross Sales with the customers in the portfolio
You bring aboard:
- Strong Knowledge in Shipping/ Logistics (minimum 2 Years of experience in liner shipping)
- Sales Expertise (customer facing activity)
- Great customer facing skills with ability to build and nurture relationships
- Demonstration of professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to manage stress through challenging situations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and manage time efficiently
- Very good English in written and spoken language
- Skills in Czech language preferred
- Basic proficiency with MS Office
