The main mission for the Documentation Officer within Service Delivery, specifically our export department is to ensure each shipment is covered by the correct shipping documentation, complying to legal and Group standard with the aim of continuously achieving customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities vary from handling documentation queries and amendments, coordination and performing of changes after call closure as well as audit documentation risks. 

More specifically but not limited too,

• Follow up of local customs regulation and declaration
• Coordination of manifest amendments within your scope
• Audit documentation risks and resolve/escalate in a timely manner
• Ensure No Doc No Load Policy
• Collaborating with other departments and manage communication between different teams (service center, agencies, HO)

We are looking for individuals that have:

• MBO level 4+
• Experience within the shipping industry
• Experience within similar roles related to documentation-container management
• Effective communication skills (Ability to articulate various business scenarios with customers, senior business leaders & middle management)
• Demonstration of professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to manage stress through challenging situations.
