It is the Facility Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact and to coordinate all facility related queries, and create and maintain a professional Facility department. This position also covers the role as Health and Safety Officer.

Create, ensure and maintain a smoothly running office environment. Responsible for Health and Safety related service level, procurement and benchmark, including vendor and contract Management. Responsible for efficient and effective facility planning and observe existing facility procedures on the border line of Facilities and HR. Manage office facilities within building and equipment, security services and safety procedures. Member of Emergency Response Unit team and assists HR department in maintaining ARBO/RI&E, to make sure all health and safety regulations are provided correct.

• Plan the preventive & corrective maintenance in conformity with security and delivery requirements;
• Monitor, manage and pro-actively tackle facility related topics and recommend performance improvements of equipment and projects in terms of cost and usage
• Liason between internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to plan and coordinate workflows
