About the role

The NOVA Business Delegated Administrator is the main promoter and guardian towards the Power Users. The Business Delegated Administrator contributes to the Customer Experience enhancement, has a shipping background and is an expert in the Salesforce Solution implementation. You will have access to most of the administrative tasks. You interacts with a broad network for ongoing identification of improvements.


What will your key responsibilities be?


Can be a Trainer for Analytics by participating at Train the Trainer session and will therefor provide trainings to his/her pool of Power Users for Analytical skills.

Is accountable for releases’ quality and adoptions as he/she is involved in UAT (user acceptance tests); will have early visibility into the releases. Contributes to corporate toolkits and maintains up to date local “How To Guides” and Q&A file. Communicates any changes and roadmap to the Power User network.



To be successful within this role, you will need to

  • Provide business support by being the single Point of Contact for their pool of Power Users.
  •  Increases/Maintains adoption rates for countries under your scope by identifying issues, defines action plans and engaging relevant persons in charge in the agencies and with CAN Area Management.
  •  Identifies business process/tool enhancements/improvements and contributes to the NOVA roadmap.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to plan and coordinate workflows

  • Have a pro-active attitude, analytical thinking ability, coaching and people skills and business aquimen skills

  • Experience with SalesForce is considered a must
