About the role

You will be assisting the Managing Director to optimize the administrative organization and thereby management of activities. From diary management to working with senior management on projects concerning multiple disciplines within the organization.

Liaising with relevant managers and stakeholders to obtain necessary reporting information for head office. Also, you will be attending the director and management review meetings, maintaining the calendar and action lists.


What will your key responsibilities be?

Agility, Quality improvement, e-Commerce, Marketing, Sustainability, event organization.


To be successful within this role, you will need to

  • Organize and manage administrative and/or logistic tasks (appointment and meetings organization, leave planning, etc.) required for service / department / direction operation.
  • Design internal and / or external communication media  according to messages to broadcast and targets to reach.
  • Organize internal and/or external events : seminars, breakfast, conferences, forums, fairs etc.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to plan and coordinate workflows
  • Have demonstrated experience within a similar job role
  • How accuracy, self-reliance, pro-active and possess high standard of work ethics
  • Affinity with marketing, digitalisation and CSR is considered a plus
