Sales Support provides accurate and timely administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Managers for a portfolio of customers. In addition Sales Support acts as a liaison between the customer, sales and various cross-functional departments on operational issues.

Support, Quotation management, Market identification, Value added services, Dispute management

• Master commercial techniques, apply, adapt or create offers or commercial approaches/processes.
• Know customer characteristics and market segmentation techniques, information analysis and use of customer database.
• Know CMA CGM commercial policy and offers (products and services) related to her/his scope.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to plan and coordinate workflows
