- Consolidate reporting (Cargo readiness + space control reports) on Port of loading local cargo, list them in order of importance. Communicates with OPS about Vessel agenda and changes, and coordinate transit cargo.
- Pre-call cleaning on missing status, VGM, compliance etc. Identify missing status and cross-check special cargo details with terminal information. Attend request for information from green channel and GBS Doc. Validates all Export declaration to add to export manifest.
- Coordinate containers arriving late at gate with Cargo Operations. Revise terminal system to identify missing units and coordinate late arrival with both customer and terminal.
- Follow up on local cargo shut outs (e.g., cut and runs) and inform customer service teams. Perform rolls when need as per OPS instruction.
- Chase customers or customer service team for information on missing status. Contact customer to inform missing Docs, last chaser sent by email. Periodic notification to customers/internal stakeholders on missing information (for all POL bookings)
- Prepare load list to the necessary parties.
- Communicate client customs objections to upload missing documentation on Customs system.
- Upload and maintain updated shared file with other offices.
- Post departure vessel reconciliation and notification to service delivery team.
- Update I cut off platform and vessel clock.
