•    Monitors CMA and partner vessel allocations for regional vessel services through the review of export bookings and projected empty repositions to ensure maximum utilization
•    Interface with Customer Service and Central Intermodal to track-trace export shipments within the vessel closing process to maximize the export lifting. 
•    Produce / issue vessel load orders and distribute to stevedores and terminal operators. 
•    Provide timely and accurate export lift projections, PML stowage requirements, and arrival / sail reports to tonnage centers and vessel planners. 
•    Works closely with Asst Marine Mgr on the coordinated movement of all specialized equipment (Flat racks, Open tops, Tanks, Refrigerated, and Hazardous units) and all needed terminal arrangements. 
•    Coordinates required marine surveys on all export flat rack cargo to ensure cargo is safe for ocean transport through local National Cargo Bureau inspectors. Coordinates all necessary cargo deficiencies / corrections with Customer Service before cargo is released to the vessel. 
•    Compose and issue the Vessel Dangerous Cargo Manifest for export shipments. Compiles and forwards needed import documents for discharging hazardous cargo to local terminal operators. 
•    Compose and issue the Vessel Temperature Control Manifest for temperature controlled export shipments. Shares temperature-related information on import reefer cargo with stevedores / terminal operators to ensure reefer procedures are followed 
•    Compile and issue vessel operations related reports and advise all concerned parties of vessel arrival and departure times. 
•    Collect export Bill of Lading documents for CMA CGM and all partners for all cargo destine d for China. Make copies and coordinate delivery to boarding agency for US Customs clearance prior to vessel departure. 
•    Monitor equipment levels at terminal and inland locations and instruct facility operators to achieve the most efficient equipment utilization. Locations include ocean terminal, cy/depots, and shipper pools 
•    Advise correspondent operating groups of equipment status at all locations and coordinate efforts to correct surplus/deficit situations 
•    Issue field orders to facility operators for mounting/grounding/swapping/segregation of equipment as is required. Follow up to ensure timely completion. 
•    Generate and control all "holds" at facilities for equipment as required.
