Program Overview
The CMA CGM APAC Management Associate Program is a prestigious, two-year development initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the maritime and logistics industry. We are seeking high-potential graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a dynamic, international career and fast-track their development into middle management roles within 3–5 years.

✔️ Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university with a good GPA
✔️ Are fresh graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of full-time work experience
✔️ Demonstrate strong analytical skills, communication skills, and executive presentation abilities
✔️ Possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking
✔️ Are highly adaptable and globally minded, with a willingness to relocate internationally after the program
✔️ Show a track record of high achievement, resilience, and learning agility

Positions in this program are available across our APAC region, including Singapore, Australia, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. This specific position will be based in Singapore.
