Business Transformation Expert

Summary:
Within our pricing transformation department, you will be the Business Process Expert responsible for our new pricing tools. Under the responsibility of the Head of Line & Pricing Transformation, you will participate to the definition and implementation of the change and deployment strategy for Pricing Transformation project. You will help identify needs and pain points and communicate them to the team in HO.

 

To excel in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills with a creative and innovative mind. 

 

Main Responsibilities:
Change and Transformation

  • Identify and manage regional stakeholders to raise awareness of need of change
  • Support pricing transformation for areas you are in charge of
  • Ensure change readiness and alignment on new standard processes
  • Deployment preparation, training completion and deployment KPI follow up
  • Tool usage & Hypercare

 

Business Process

  • Gather pricing practices amongst all business units (sales, pricers, ops) and all carriers
  • Propose recommendations in terms of tool, organisation and process to Head Office team 
  • Understand pricing innovation to propose and enhance relevant visuals and reporting

 
Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree Holder, preferably in Data Analytics, Business or related fields
  • 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Shipping industry or roles related to transformation
  • Experience in project management in a Multinational Corporation setting
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment (with internal and external people) ensuring all key drivers of change are understood and integrated
  • Good understanding of Business Transformation - vision, strategy, target operating model, business case, benefits and delivery
