HR Analytics Specialist

Summary

Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Analyst is responsible for reporting and workforce analytics within the APAC HR. The incumbent will be responsible for converting the data into storytelling to facilitate decision making and enhancing People Experience across the CMA CGM Asia Pacific network. 

 

Responsibilities
Analytics 

  • Proactively address the recurring trends or patterns to enhance business decision making capabilities
  • Produce weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports that will be utilised by the senior management team including the PowerBI HR Dashboard
  • Identify and create regular HR metrics reporting on the full employee lifecycle
  • Create visualisation dashboards in PowerBI and Qliksense in a clear and simplified manner
  • Maintain regular workforce analytics reporting and dashboards
  • Ensure data and process accuracy through audits
  • Support HR team on projects which includes HR system improvements
  • Apply technical and/ or business process knowledge and analysis capability to projects
  • Create bespoke reporting and analytics for the HRBP team for effective data visualization and decision making
  • Act as superuser of Group HRIS (SuccessFactors) 
  • Assist the Regional HR Director in ad hoc reporting and analysis as required and be our Digital ambassador

 

Budgeting

  • Lead the budget process for HR
  • Collaborate with various COEs, Country HR teams, Finance team to collate and prepare yearly budget information
  • Create and maintain a monthly budget tracking report
  • Work with Finance, HRIS and HR ops team to ensure smooth flow of information during system changes and upgrades

 

System Administration 

  • Be the superuser for the HRIS system and assist in requesting system enhancements based on qualitative analysis
  • Assist the Compensation & Benefits team to create data visualization reports as required

 

Other Projects

  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as directed by the Regional HR Director
  • Work with IT team to liaise on all digital enhancement projects on behalf of the HR and Admin team
  • Assist with the drafting of reporting guides and other supporting materials such as standard operating procedures and training guides

 

Requirements 

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in HRIS Analysis/ Workforce Analytics or in a highly technical role
  • Excellent numerical skills with very high analytical ability
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills with proven previous experience
  • Knowledge and experience in creating dashboards using PowerBI, Qliksense or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in creating macros and dashboards on large amount of data
  • Sound understanding of People analytics methodologies and HR processes and practices
  • Previous experience with large HR Information Systems like SAP SuccessFactors/ Oracle HRM etc is a plus
