We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join ourteam in Singapore, to provide HR advisory, consultation and guidance to our employees and business management team. Youwill be involved in reviewing compensation proposals as well assupporting the business in their manpower planning andheadcount budgeting process. You will play an important role inimplementing various HR initiatives.
To perform well in this role, you should be someone who hasgreat ability to communicate professionally and effectively toemployees of diverse culture, levels and background.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the assigned department in generalHR operational matters, such as recommendation on salaryrevisions, promotions & equity reviews, employee relationsmatters, etc.
  • Executing and ensuring compliance for various HRprograms / initiatives, such as performance appraisal,employee surveys, etc.
  • Working with assigned business units on employeeprogression activities, such as promotion requests, salaryreviews, transfers, etc.
  • Providing HR advisory to management of your assignedbusiness units on general employee relations matters andfacilitate problem solving.
  • Partnering with Talent Management Team to identify andmanage talents
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment offer letters,transfer, termination letters, etc
  • Keep updated on best HR practices, industry norms andemployment regulations; and make recommendations forpolicy changes where required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Human Resource / Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience
  • HRIS experience will be an added advantage
  • A collaborative and team player attitude
  • Good sense for numbers and meticulous


**This role is opened for local employment only.
