In Asia Pacific—a key strategic region—CMA CGM continues to invest in talent, technology, and transformation. We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead the HR agenda in Singapore and contribute to the broader regional priorities.


The Role
As the Head of HR, Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy for one of CMA CGM’s most dynamic markets. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Director, APAC, you will lead a high-performing HR team across key functions: HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Learning, Payroll & HR Operations.

You will act as a strategic advisor to the Singapore leadership team, driving employee engagement, operational excellence, and business performance through best-in-class HR practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Translate global and regional HR strategies into locally impactful programs aligned with business goals
  • HR Business Partnering: Advise senior leaders and people managers on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment strategy for Singapore to attract and retain top talent in a highly competitive market
  • Talent Management & Learning: Champion leadership development, succession planning, and capability building across all levels
  • HR Operations & Payroll: Ensure efficient and compliant HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS optimization
  • Culture & Change Management: Lead cultural transformation efforts that support CMA CGM’s values of boldness, excellence, imagination, and exemplarity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in senior HR leadership roles, ideally in complex, matrixed, and multinational environments
  • Strong command of HR disciplines with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing diverse HR teams across multiple functions
  • Deep understanding of Singapore’s labor laws, HR regulations, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Resilient, agile, and solutions-oriented with a growth mindset
