Regional Intermodal Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (APAC)

Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for driving Intermodal commercial performance (volume, revenue/margin and new corridors) and ReUse growth in the APAC region. You will manage Intermodal and ReUse Project and related activities and to report results as well as provide various analysis to the Asia Regional Office (ARO) / Head Office (HO).
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage intermodal performance with overall volume and profitability accountability for the APAC region
- Focal point of contact accountable to HO for all matters relating to APAC Intermodal developments and performance
- Strategize country specific action plans to increase intermodal volume and revenue per country
- Proactive review of intermodal pricing, taking into consideration market trends, equipment situation and changes in transport costs
- Coordinate with ReUse vendor/platform to expand at the existing country and entering into new country
- Analysis of ReUse customer needs and provide customized solutions
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably with background in maritime business or logistics
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in shipping or related industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related applications
- Strong team player and communicates well with all stakeholders
- Strong ability to deal with ambiguity
- Good analytical skills and keen eye for details
