Specialist/ Senior Specialist, Digital Campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Working closely with your Manager, the Specialist or Senior Specialist will primarily be involved in the conceptualization and implementation of digital marketing strategy, facilitating the direction of digital channels, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in brand awareness, digital sales and lead generation that leads to growth and progress for CMA CGM Group.

 

To perform well in this role, you must be well experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud, proficient with MS Office applications, strong analytical skills, able to communicate well and great with time management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • With a data-driven marketing approach, develop high performing digital campaigns by identifying the right audience segments, create relevant content and utilize effective marketing automation tools to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation and growth
  • Strong business acumen to lead and drive digital initiatives that will improve growth and progress for the company
  • A team player who can effectively collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and navigate in ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent process and project management skills with the ability to set goals, systematically prioritize initiatives and deliver on deadlines
  • Strong data analytics skills to interpret and present relevant data; and utilize data to develop strategies, ideas, and solutions
  • Develop creative designs, write compelling content, and execute digital campaigns
  • Define campaign processes, standards and templates ensuring consistent brand identity, tonality, and messaging
  • Develop a comprehensive approach to performance measurement of campaigns, sharing insights/best practices and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Communications Manager and/or Head of Marketing

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree from accredited education institution, with specialization is Digital Marketing, Media, Arts & Design, Mass Communication
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud is mandatory
  • Proven expertise in leveraging digital marketing models, processes, framework and data analytics tools to develop strategies and measure success
  • Knowledge of best practices in marketing automation and email marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in the following digital tools/program will be preferred
    • Knowledge on other Salesforce products (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau, etc.
    • Web front-end development tools (HTML, CMS, etc.)
    • MS Office application
    • SharePoint
    • Web analytics (Google Analytics/ Matomo)
